This website allows all Owners/Tenants/Agents/Agencies/Developers/Service Providers to upload your listing (advertisement) for FREE.
Only genuine listing will be approved. (Scam listing will be deleted).
Before making any payment to anybody, make sure that; you are dealing with legit companies/entity, to avoid scam.
The seller & buyer can process the deal yourself, at your own risk.
However, if you are selling a product/service, and WORRIED about your transaction safety, you can appoint DAlamandacondo.com as your payment middle party. We can arrange this, upon request.
This means, the buyer will make the payment to DAlamanda.com first. Once product/service has been delivered (satisfactorily, as per mutual agreement), then only we will release the payment to the seller.
We will charge 1% fee (to the seller), for this service.
